Eligibility & compliance information Right-to-work and identity verification documentation, background check results, criminal history checks, or drug screening information (where legally permitted), payroll, and payment information

Social and professional profiles Information you choose to share from public social media or professional profiles (such as LinkedIn)

SSI does not require candidates or workers to provide sensitive personal information, such as information relating to race, ethnicity, health, sexual orientation, or similar protected characteristics, unless required by law or voluntarily provided for lawful purposes. How we obtain personal information
